Leadership Development Training

Commodity Association Committee of the Lalitpur Chamber of Commerce & Industry organized A one-day Leadership Development Training which was successfully completed at Purna’s Museum Resort on 8th Ashad 2081 for the Commodity Association (members). The training was designed to enhance the skills, knowledge, and abilities of individuals in leadership roles or those aspiring to be leaders. The purpose of training can be broken down into several key areas like Skill Enhancement, Leadership Styles and Strategies, Conflict Resolution, Change Management, Mentorship and Coaching, Strategic Thinking, Building Team Dynamics, Ethical Leadership and Personal Growth. Overall, the goal of leadership development training was to prepare individuals to lead effectively, drive organizational success, and contribute to their own and their team’s growth.
